Customers will receive a confirmation email as well as a
tracking number for their purchase.
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or modify an
order, as we typically ship order 7 to 8 days after receiving them. If we have
already shipped your order, we will not able to modify your order.
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, although customers are
responsible for any custom fees that may be applied.

does we want to make sure that we are able to rectify the problem to your
satisfaction. Frequently this will simply require that you send us a picture of
our mistake so we can verify your claim and call you so that we can work to
correct it.
